Verloren of Gevonden is the national platform where found items are published. Municipalities, police and depots work together to return lost belongings to their rightful owners.

Municipalities are legally responsible for registering and managing found and lost items. Through this platform they make their records searchable for everyone in one central place.

The data is updated continuously from the participating organisations, so the overview is always current.
